 Shipping & Handling Fees

    The shipping & handling cost depends on the total weight of your order and your destination. The total shipping cost will be calculated and changed to the currency that you have selected automatically.

    Simply put the items you want into the shopping cart, you can view the shipping cost  any time by pressing "Estimated Shipping Cost" in the shopping cart content page. A list of the shipping methods to your place and the corresponding shipping costs will be shown clearly.

To find out the shipping cost to your place, simply place the items you want into the shopping cart, and press "Estimated Shipping Cost" in the shopping cart content page. You can check the total shipping cost for the order.

    2. REGISTERED AIRMAIL 

Registered Mail Service Fee: Standard Shipping Fee + US$5.00** / order

(Please put the item "Registered Mail Service" in your shopping cart for this service.)

Buyers choosing this shipping method will be given a tracking number and order can be traced online. One order means all the items are in one bill and checked-out and paid together (regardless the number of items). 

**For buyer choosing Expedited Shipping / Express Mail, the order will be registered automatically and a tracking number will be provided. Buyers don't need to pay for the "Registered Mail Service" again.

- Items in one order will be sent together under normal conditions. However, some orders may be separated into several parcels to meet the weight requirement in different countries

-Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine
what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by
the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for
additional shipping charges.
If the package is blocked / returned due to unpaid import custom fee. We will not responsible for the resending charges if items returned to us.

Delivery Time

    Our Business Days: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Hong Kong. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are usually processed by the end of the day following the next business day. You may check your order status in "My Account". PLEASE NOTE: Since some of the Customs in the European countries including Italy and France may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 4-6 weeks.

    All Bf-beauty.com purchase orders are covered with INSURANCE PROTECTION. The insurance amount is the same as your total payment amount. For example, if you made a purchase of USD$200, then the insurance amount is USD$200 also. When plane accident / shipping lost case happen, you can request a fully $200 money back or a new and same order replacement.
